By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What Our App Does

Rate Book is an Insurance Calculator that allows users to:

Enter client and nominee details.
Calculate premium amounts, maturity values, and rider details for insurance policies.
Generate results as PDF files and (with subscription) share or save them with others.
Save generated PDFs locally on the device (available only with the optional PDF subscription).

3. Data We Collect and Why

Data Collected	Purpose
Client Name	To personalize and generate the insurance calculation PDF.
Nominee Name	To include in insurance calculations and PDF generation.
Policy-related Data (e.g., policy name, sum assured, premium)	To calculate insurance details accurately.
Account Information (username, email, password)	To create and manage your user account.
Subscription & Payment Data	Managed by Google Play for processing payments and subscription renewals. We do not store your payment details.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

The App offers two types of subscriptions through Google Play Billing:

3-Month Subscription: PKR 599 every 3 months.
This subscription is required to use the core features of the App, such as insurance calculations and policy details.
This subscription also unlocks the ability to generate, save, and share insurance calculation PDFs locally on your device.
6-Month Subscription: PKR 1099 every 6 months.
This subscription is required to use the core features of the App, such as insurance calculations and policy details.
This subscription also unlocks the ability to generate, save, and share insurance calculation PDFs locally on your device.
Includes an 8% discount compared to the 3-month plan.
1-Year Subscription: PKR 2099 per year.
This subscription is required to use the core features of the App, such as insurance calculations and policy details.
This subscription also unlocks the ability to generate, save, and share insurance calculation PDFs locally on your device.
Includes a 12% discount compared to the 3-month plan.

Both subscriptions are auto-renewable and will be charged to your Google Play account unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription(s) through your Google Play account settings.

5. Data Storage & Security

Account credentials are securely stored using encryption.

PDFs generated are saved locally on your device (only if you are subscribed to the optional PDF plan) and are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to share them.

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your personal information.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Google Play Billing for subscription management and payments. Your transactions are processed securely by Google.

7. Your Rights

Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Cancel your subscription(s) at any time through Google Play.
